  • We may cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

  • Customers can cancel an order within 24 hours of placement by contacting us via email at support@bin-rasheed.com.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and other payment options.

  • Standard delivery within Pakistan typically takes 2 to 5 working days.

  • PKR 200 shipping fee applies per item.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen factors.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

6. Return & Exchange

  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.

  • Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
