Refund, Return & Exchange Policy
At Bin Rasheed – Style In Heritage, we take pride in delivering quality and craftsmanship rooted in heritage. Your satisfaction is important to us, but please note the following conditions regarding returns and exchanges:
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
Products are only eligible for return or exchange if they are damaged, defective, or faulty.
Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, with tags and labels attached.
Change of mind is not applicable under this policy.
Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Seasonal stock exchange applies: Summer stock with summer, winter stock with winter only.
Claim Period
You must initiate your return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
Requests made after 3 days will not be accepted.
Return Process
Once your request is approved, simply courier the item back to us.
We’ll provide all necessary details once you contact us via email or message.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the following cases:
You received a damaged or faulty item.
You received the wrong item.
Your order qualified for free promotional shipping.
In all other scenarios, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by email or WhatsApp.

Additional Notes
Items that are worn, used, or altered will not be accepted.
Tags and labels must be intact.
Bin Rasheed reserves the right to cancel any order with legitimate reasons.
