Eligibility for Return or Exchange

• Products are only eligible for return or exchange if they are damaged, defective, or faulty.

• Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, with tags and labels attached.

• Change of mind is not applicable under this policy.

• Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Seasonal stock exchange applies: Summer stock with summer, winter stock with winter only.

Claim Period

You must initiate your return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
Requests made after 3 days will not be accepted.

Once your request is approved, simply courier the item back to us.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the following cases:

• You received a damaged or faulty item.

• You received the wrong item.

• Your order qualified for free promotional shipping.

In all other scenarios, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
